Charlie was a great guy. A true gentleman and a very good friend to our family over many years. He loved his football especially the Dale. Steve, Charlie and the late Paul Hazel hurt attended many away matches (sometimes with our sons Dave and Mike) together as well as games at Spotland. Also he played the ukulele with great skill at Steve's 50th Birthday Party! He will be greatly missed and we send our love and very best wishes to Linda, Steven Karen and all the family.
